I provide treatment for a variety of mental health issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). I view therapy as a collaborative approach, and provide a safe and nonjudgemental environment to help you explore your personal concerns. I work with adolescents and adults, and adapt therapy sessions to the needs of the individual client, using approaches from Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Approaches, and Interpersonal Therapy. I would like to help you better understand yourself while providing coping skills to help improve your quality of life.
