Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to navigate those challenges on your own. You may be feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected from others, or unsure of your next step — and that’s okay. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and begin to heal at your own pace. I aim to challenge you to see patterns you may have a hard time finding on your own. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen and heard. Together, we can work toward uncovering the patterns that keep you feeling trapped and discovering new ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
