My name is Kimberly Ryan and my goal as a therapist is to help you empower yourself and create a life that you desire. I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic interventions to meet clients where they are at. I believe that every person is an individual and therefore use a person centered approach. Together we will create a plan that works for you that will help you reach your unique and specific goals. We all deserve to live a healthy life with mental clarity and joy. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 5 plus years of experience working with individuals. I value my empathy to care for others, and find joy in watching clients grow towards their goals. My specialties are supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management and overall building of self empowerment.
