We help individuals and groups find their health, identities, and lifestyles of choice. Our counseling and coaching services are built on care and compassion, as well as evidence-based strategies for leading a healthier and happier life. We also treat emotional overwhelm. The Heart is where feelings reside and addressing both negative and positive feelings is necessary and good. The Mind is the place where perceptions and thoughts can be addressed for opportunities to heal and grow. The Soul is our experience of core/best/ideal Self that awaits us when the Heart is healed and the Mind is quieted.
