I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC, LPC) and board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) who has provided compassionate psychotherapy services to youth, teens, adults, and families since 2004 to address anxiety, depression, interpersonal communication health, grief, loss and bereavement, perinatal and parenting concerns, life transitions, dementia and more. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Adlerian, Strengths-Based & Solution-Focused perspectives and techniques. I also use the creative process to facilatate insight and catharsis.
