I am a good fit for individuals navigating transitions, feeling worn down by old ways of being, or struggling to find their center in relationships. Many of the people I work with carry early family or relational trauma, feel stuck in familiar patterns, experience nervous system exhaustion, anxiety, depression, shame, or a loss of joy, and may also be living with complex health challenges or loss. As a somatic trauma therapist, I especially enjoy working with first-generation Americans, people of color, bicultural individuals, and those impacted by developmental, historical, or generational trauma. I am IN network with KAISER I am a somatic trauma therapist with a psychodynamic lens, offering a thoughtful blend of talk therapy, parts work, and body-based approaches. I am formally trained in Somatic Experiencing and support nervous system regulation and somatic touch therapy to promote greater safety, awareness, and connection.
