My practice focuses primarily on serving tweens, teens, and 20 somethings experiencing: - Typical but distressing developmental challenges such as developing an identity, taking on increasing levels of responsibility, or transitions like moving away from home or graduating - Situational stressors like bullying, divorce, trauma(s), etc. - Specific barriers such as test anxiety or shyness -LGTBQ+ identity(ies) -Thoughts of self-harm or ending one’s life - Mental health symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD. I also serve adults of all ages.
