Your counseling experience is just that- yours. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your own journey and gain understanding into your needs, strengths, supports and challenges. Together, we will build a therapeutic plan based on your desired outcomes. With over 10 years of experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with children 10+, teens, adults and families. I offer support in the areas of depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self worth, family conflicts, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, relationship conflicts, motivation, parenting, career exploration and sports counseling. My approach is holistic- taking into account your identities, culture, race, and family background and how they come together to become you. My therapeutic approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology and includes the mind-body connection, social connection and physical well being. I also offer walk and talk therapy if interested.
