I have a special interest in supporting both adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and psychosis, as well as those facing big life challenges or searching for a clearer sense of direction. I know that these experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming, isolating, or uncertain, and my goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you don’t have to face them alone.
