Thanks for visiting my page! I specialize in supporting adults navigating depression, trauma, PTSD and major life transitions. My approach is friendly, inquisitive, empowering, and calm—helping clients feel both understood and supported. I have over 15 years of experience working with trauma, particularly among first responders and law enforcement. Coming from a family of first responders myself, I understand firsthand the weight that comes with constantly showing up for others and the importance of having a safe space to heal. I also specialize in working with sexual assault and pain management. I blend different techniques, education about trauma and the brain, and practical tools that help reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I believe that understanding why you feel the way you do is a key step toward healing. My sessions are relaxed and conversational, designed to help you feel comfortable opening up.
