I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in southern California. I work with individual adults only, utilizing Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) in treating those suffering from trauma/PTSD. I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals who are ready to address their trauma and work towards being free from the triggers, distress and patterns that are affecting their daily lives. In the first session we would review information provided in your intake paperwork and discuss what challenges you're having and want to address with EMDR. We would discuss recurring themes in life as well as specific events/memories to address.
