Seeking therapy is a courageous decision. I focus on creating a safe and compassionate environment to help clients explore their relationships. My specialties include chronic illness, trauma, desire descrepancy, alternative lifestyles, sexual desire and functioning concerns, and helping clients communicate about their sexuality in a healthy way. Sexuality and sexual health have always been passions of mine and working within frameworks of attachment and internal family systems, I value creating an environment of safety, authenticity and playfulness. Sexuality is everywhere, from the way we dress to the careers we choose and who we surround ourselves with. Connection is powerful; to our own minds and bodies, as well as others. I believe sex has the capacity to heal, nurture and empower, but is often the origin of shame, pain and discomfort. I help build greater self-awareness & healthier relationships.
