I currently have weekday day time and Saturday morning openings virtual or in office. Life can be really challenging and if you feel overwhelmed by it all, you are not alone. Through my work in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings I have witnessed first-hand how damaging stress, anxiety, depression, insecurities, loneliness, and low self-esteem can be. Often current coping measures are causing more harm than good, and new ways need to learned. Clients hold the expertise regarding their lives and they know what is helpful and what they are willing to try.
