I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. That being said, I believe that our natural state is one of peace and contentment. When we are feeling content with ourselves, not only are we more productive in our individual endeavors, but the quality of our relationships improves. Stress brought on by the demands of modern day living can rob us of our sense of internal peace. My goal is not to change you into something you are not, but rather assist you in finding the strength that already exists within you so that you regain your peace of mind and grip on the world around you. I believe that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.
