Counseling is for human beings going through life and its many challenges. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, gain insight, and increase health and wellness. I use a “hodgepodge” approach, many different therapy modalities, customized to fit your goals and needs. My counseling style is holistic: mind, body, and spirit. If one system is impacted, it can impact all of the other systems. We will explore and seek to understand all of the contributing factors that lead you to seek out answers and actions. This journey of self-discovery is guided by myself, but lead by the client. After all, you are the expert on you.
