There are many reasons people seek therapy. You might be navigating a major life transition, feeling unlike your usual self, or someone close to you may have encouraged you to reach out. Whatever brings you here, I’m here to help. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating and body-image concerns, emotion dysregulation, life transitions, and OCD. My goal is to support you in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space as we work toward your therapeutic goals and help you build a more meaningful, values-driven life.
