I work with people from incredibly diverse backgrounds who have carried pain without the support they needed, whether the trauma is recent, formed early in life, or ongoing. Stuck patterns that repeat again and again, despite attempts to heal. Numbness, anxiety, shutdown, or a sense that you're living slightly away from yourself.
