I like to be the passenger on your journey, and follow your lead while offering possible different perspectives, and offering creative solutions. I believe firmly in attachment theory and believe our earliest connections in life have a major impact on how we experience life and relationships in the present. I believe in the ability to gain insight and strength to make positive changes in your life.
