I understand that people seek out therapy often times looking for solutions to issues impacting their daily lives. My therapeutic approach is nurturing, interactive, strength-based and solution-focused. Using empathy, compassion, humor, and an objective perspective, I collaborate with clients to develop an effective approach to their current life challenges as well as addressing long standing personal, familial, and relationship concerns. I work to assist clients in accessing their own unique strengths and resources to create an attainable, ongoing plan to reduce their stress and life struggles.
