Together, we’ll explore what keeps you stuck or in pain and draw on your inner resources to create the life you want to live. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficult life transitions. In our time together, we’ll compassionately explore and reshape unhelpful patterns, clearing your way to a more connected and purposeful life. I also support parents and families in understanding the dynamics that lead to conflict and building more supportive, fulfilling relationships.
