As a licensed clinical psychologist, I recognize that life and relationships can prove to be challenging. I appreciate the courage it takes for one to share personal concerns and strive for life change, therefore I aim to provide a safe and respectful therapeutic environment. I strongly believe in the power of therapy as a means of improving the quality of ones' life through the following: developing greater insight and understanding of ones' concerns, exploring alternative perspectives, reduction of symptoms, adopting alternative coping strategies, improving self esteem, and strengthening communication skills.
