I have been working as a therapist for the past 10 years. My goal is to work with people to help them process through their history including their hurts and their joyful moments, helping them to better understand the current circumstances present in their lives, and exploring goals for their future. I believe it is important to look at the whole person, including their underlying psychological processes, belief systems, relationships, values, and goals. I have watched people heal from past hurts and move forward engaging in the world with their whole selves. I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality dx, etc.
