Immediate openings for new clients! I specialize in serving LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent folks with a focus on college students, teens, and young adults. The world can feel scary right now. Therapy with me is a place to feel safer, seen, and held through the chaos. With deep care, compassion, and curiosity, I collaborate with clients to process complex trauma, heal hurt parts, and explore your unique strengths and resources. Utilizing IFS, Narrative, Somatics, and other liberation-focused frameworks, we'll cultivate a path forward out of shame, paralysis, and isolation towards connection, joy, and belonging.
