I believe everyone has the capacity and ability to change and improve their life and it's my privilege to help guide people along the way in therapy. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for all my clients to explore, share, and discuss anything, to work together to find new ways to be in this world, and work on healing the past. We all have messaging we tell ourselves and so often it is unhealthy and can lead to negative self-talk, lower self-esteem, and stop us from living our best life. I work with each client to help uncover their roadblocks and find new ways forward.
