Heather McCooey has experience working with adults with a variety of acute and chronic behavioral health issues such as- anxiety, depression and mood disorders as well as drug and alcohol use disorders and the impacts of these illnesses on families and loved ones. Ms. McCooey provides individual, family and group counseling to adults using cognitive behavioral, motivational and person centered therapies. She offers a thoughtful, down to earth and humorous demeanor and perspective in working with her clients and feels grateful to be a part of their journey towards self knowledge, improvement and change
