Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor in TN and FL who has worked with adults, and families to help improve relationships and work through past trauma, depression, anxiety, hurt, and life transitions. Heather provides a trusting, non-judgmental environment for her clients to discover what it means for them to reach fulfillment and happiness in their life. Heather takes a team work approach in building the client/therapist relationship so that clients have a safe place to heal and grow. Life is not meant to be done alone, reaching out is one of the hardest parts of the healing process.
