I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. Seeing a therapist means you were willing to ask for help in dealing with the overwhelming circumstances that sometimes come your way. We all face times of anxiety and depression, and a little professional guidance can help us not just survive these times, but can result in happier, healthier people for facing the trials. I particularly believe that giving this healing space to children is beneficial; allowing their experiences and emotions to be treated respectfully and resolved empathically can let them move forward and make better choices throughout the rest of their lives.
