I am a licensed clinical social worker with 24 years of experience in the field, 17 of which have been in counseling. I assist clients with issues surrounding self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I also assist clients struggling with relationship issues and divorce. I have extensive experience in grief counseling and supporting clients as they process loss. I am passionate about helping others love themselves, take care of their bodies, and find freedom from societal standards!
