I imagine you're here because you want a new approach to therapy. Often times individuals have done therapy once or twice and, finding it helpful, they feel ready to take the reins of their mental health once more. When clients come to me, they are often at a point where they want a deeper approach to their work, one that doesn't just talk about the issues, but goes into the issues for real and true relief, leading to the freedom from emotions that they truly need. My core intention is to help others find within themselves meaning, resilience, and personal freedom.
