I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 12 years of experience, providing counseling to adolescents and adults, including individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, medical conditions, perinatal and postpartum depression, women's issues, and adoption-related concerns. I believe that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I work with each person to find the tools and coping skills that best fit their unique needs. I received my Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.
