I am Heather Vance, a Licensed Professional Counselor entering on my 24th year helping children, teens, adults, & families work through painful life events and build skills essential to wellbeing: self-awareness, emotional regulation, adaptability, value-based living and effective relationship practices. I am EMDR Certified and specialize in helping children and adults with ADHD understand their brains, manage challenges, and harness their unique cognitive gifts.
