Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, depression, changes in relationships, parenting or co-parenting challenges, or navigating identity and career shifts. I enjoy supporting adults and young adults who want to strengthen boundaries, build coping skills, explore spirituality, and grow in self-esteem. My goal is for you to feel truly heard and supported, and to gain the confidence and clarity you need to move forward with resilience and a stronger sense of self. Note: I am an intern under the supervision of both an on-site clinical director and an academic supervisor.
