With over 10 years of experience as a school social worker and 4 years in private practice, I specialize in supporting children and teens ages 5–18 while also working with clients across the lifespan. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family changes (such as divorce), self-esteem, neurodivergence, anger, and behavioral concerns. I believe each person has the capacity to grow, heal, and build resilience. I also work closely with caregivers to strengthen family relationships and better understand their child’s emotional world.
