The teens and adults I support are navigating seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional pain. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, or the grief that comes after loss. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a sense of identity. Many describe feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together, unsure of where to begin. In our work together, we create space to slow down, explore emotions with compassion, and develop deeper self-awareness. My goal is to help clients find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance as they move forward.
