I believe in seeing the client before me as a whole person rather than their diagnosis. Therapy should be safe space to develop a positive relationship with a therapist one has rapport with and I aim to be that therapist for everyone. I utilize multiple tools and theories in sessions; but at the core, I am a person-centered therapist who practices unconditional positive regard for my clients. Whatever issue or life change brings you to therapy, I will work with you to help you create a more positive mental space for yourself, and empower you to make the necessary changes to impact your life in in a beneficial manner.
