Poet Mary Oliver asks, “What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” For me, this question isn’t just poetry — it’s at the heart of my work as a counselor. I believe every person carries the potential for healing, growth, and joy, even in the most difficult seasons of life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also an approved supervisor in the state of New Hampshire. I founded Glorious Day Counseling LLC in 2024 and also work with clients through Bodhi Counseling.
