I help those in early adulthood, midlife, and empty-nest stages manage anxiety, adult ADHD overwhelm and relationship stress. My clients start therapy depleted by how much anxiety has been shaping their lives. Over time, they’ve shrunk their world— with avoidance, isolation, and chasing a sense of safety that is unsustainable.
