Being a kid is hard…being a parent is hard! As a Child and Family Therapist, I get that there are moments we all need support to get through those difficult times. I have seen that through collaboration, connection, and compassion, you and your child can create a deeper understanding of those complex thoughts and feelings and feel more regulated. I specialize in working with youth and families dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, grief, and trauma. I enjoy working with diverse youth and families and practice inclusivity, equity, and advocacy in my work as well.
