Hello, I am excited to meet you on your healing journey to the best version of yourself !Life is stressful for adults, children and families! I specialize in working with all three to help with past traumatic events, current anxiety or depression. I utilize a cognitive behavioral, integrative approach, with a trauma informed lens and an emphasis on evidence-based therapies. I know that it can be hard to talk about these events. That is why we’ll work at your pace to improve your daily functioning. You will learn skills that help you express and regulate your feelings, challenge negative thinking, and build healthy relationships!
