Together we can work in the space between the pain and your power. I work with adults who are carrying the weight of trauma, stress, grief or emotional overwhelm. Trauma doesn't just live in memories it lives in the body, in patterns of protection, and in the ways we learn to survive. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative I use techniques such as EMDR, CBT and DBT to help you process what has been held inside while also building practical took for grounding, emotional regulation and self compassion.
