I’m Heather White Brighton, LSCSW, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience providing therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and eating disorders. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in Internal Family Systems exploring the parts of you shaped by stress, loss, illness, or long-standing patterns with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I also specialize in counseling for individuals and families impacted by cancer, offering emotional support through diagnosis and survivorship, building on my own personal experience as a survivor.
