Hi, I’m a husband and father, my work as a therapist is deeply shaped by both my family life and my upbringing as the son of Salvadoran immigrants. I specialize in supporting men—especially new fathers—who are navigating challenges like depression, grief, and trauma. I've been in the field since 2015. I know firsthand how stigma can make it difficult for men to seek help, because I’ve seen it in my own culture and even experienced it myself when I first began therapy. That’s why I’m committed about creating a space where men feel understood, respected, and not judged. I’m based in Texas, and licensed in TX, FL, VA, UT, CT, & NJ.
