With this goal in mind I work with a diverse group of clients helping each individual to define his/her priorities in life, and design realistic steps to achieve their desired goal. I work psychodynamically to help explore, work through intrusive troublesome memories, in order to resolve them, heal and move on. I work with cognitive behavioral techniques to assist with problem solving of here-and-now conflicts at work and/or in interpersonal behavioral relationships.
