Welcome! I am currently open to new clients. The clients I see are adults who are looking to make changes in their lives. I work with people who are looking to build a family and dealing with infertility and adoption process. Some are struggling with life transitions, such as work, family or relationships or grief and loss. All these issues may increase stressors, anxiety and depression. I believe there are many things in our lives that we may not be able to control but we can develop the skills to control how we react to life circumstances. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
