I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, a Brainspotting Practitioner, a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Healing Practitioner, and an ADHD-CCSP Coach. I believe that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic alliance and a deep respect for the individual’s lived experience. I work with adults and couples coping with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, Pornography Addiction, Sex Addiction, Anger Management, Narcissistic Personality Abuse Recovery, and communication challenges. My focus includes individuals seeking greater self-awareness, enhanced emotional regulation skills, and healthier interpersonal dynamics.
