When we think of the past, we may face depression. When we think of the future, we may encounter anxiety. However, we fail to be present and mindful of our “now”. My passion is to assist clients who have difficulty regulating their emotions, have negative thinking patterns, are experiencing symptoms of anxiety/depression, and are encountering life transitions. I love empowering and teaching clients to be mindful and acknowledge their inner strengths. My goal is that you thrive and create the life you want and deserve.
