Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect it to. Loss, major transitions, trauma, long-standing emotional patterns, or even simply aging can leave you feeling stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about what comes next. Many of the adults and seniors I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life stressors, grief, or persistent anxiety or depression—and unsure where to begin. You don’t have to carry it alone. I don’t want you to carry it alone! I work with adults and seniors who are looking for a supportive, honest space to explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.
