I am licensed in California with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and parenting issues. I also have experience working with clients coping with life changes. I worked with children and their families for nine years, but I prefer to utilize play therapy, so the platform is not conducive to that. I have also worked with adolescents and adults and feel competent in treating them. Utilizing EMDR has been very effective with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
