My role is to walk alongside you—to listen deeply, collaborate intentionally, and help you move toward what matters most. You are in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support, guide, and empower you. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and trauma, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in empowerment—always meeting clients where they are in their healing journey.
