Hi, I'm Heidi. I believe in approaching healing from an integrative and holistic lens (mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual). I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a certified Hypnotherapist, a Goal Success Life Coach and a Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine. I utilize a person centered approach and I have training in hypnotherapy, energy psychology, mindfulness, somatic therapy and Rapid Resolution Therapy. I integrate techniques and tools that allow for deeper level processing and shifting in order to clear old wounds and traumas that are holding clients back from living the lives they want.
